Embrace regional luxury in charming Dunkeld, where rolling pastures meet soaring peaks

Food
Award-winning fine dining, evolving in harmony with the daily harvest.

Our cuisine takes cues from the micro-seasons of Dunkeld. A bountiful Kitchen Garden and rolling green pastures form our larder, where chefs roll up their sleeves each morning to gather the day’s ingredients for both Parker St Project and Wickens at the Royal Mail Hotel.

Wine
Our wine cellar spans two generations and more than 30,000 bottles.

We’re proud to have amassed the largest private collection of Bordeaux and Burgundy in the Southern Hemisphere — though we also enjoy a cold beer after a long day.

People
Imbuing each moment with familial warmth, it’s the people that make the place.

Welcome to the Dunkeld community. You may only be with us for a short while, but our team will draw you into the fold with warmth and hospitality, guiding you through everything our town has to offer.

Place
Wake to eternal landscapes and serene stillness just steps from Mount Sturgeon.

Located at the southern tip of the Grampians (Gariwerd) National Park, bucolic pastoral scenes sway to the gentle sounds of rustling gums, with roaming kangaroos, wallabies, and even the odd emu, popping by to say g’day.

“Our approach is a true expression of Dunkeld’s soil and seasons — flavour is cultivated on the land, and finessed in the kitchen.”

Robin Wickens, head chef
