Wickens reservations, without Royal Mail Hotel accommodation stays, are welcomed subject to availability displayed online.

You can stay at Royal Mail Hotel 7 nights per week. Accommodation stays with self check-in/out are available Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. In-room Seasonal Supper is available to be pre-ordered to enjoy in your room on those nights – see here. On Wednesday to Saturday, in person Reception and dining options are open as follows :

• Parker St Project for Dinner Wednesday to Saturday and Lunch Friday and Saturday.
• Wickens at Royal Mail Hotel for Lunch on Saturday and Dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday (Saturday dinner excludes June – Sept).
• Wine Bar snack menu Wednesday to Saturday for courtyard and bar seating (no reservations can be made).

Additional opening dates usually include the Christmas and New Year’s Eve period and over public holiday weekends such as Australia Day, Easter, ANZAC Day, Kings Birthday. A 20% public holiday and Sunday surcharge applies to dining.

Check-in time is 3pm. On Wednesday’s we can often accommodate an early check-in subject to availability. If you plan on arriving earlier please let our team know and we will do our best to get your room ready as priority however this is not guaranteed.

Check out time is 11 am. Late check-out is available on request at the rate of $20 per hour. A late self check out on Sundays is available until 2pm, at rate of $50.

Yes, our billabong inspired swimming pool is open during daylight hours. Towels can be collected from reception. The pool is not heated.

Note the pool is not supervised area and children under 12 must be supervised by adults at all times. Please obey the pool rules displayed on entry.
