Join our close knit and supportive team at the Royal Mail Hotel. We are seeking a highly motivated F&B Attendant to work across our casual dining option, Parker Street Project; fine dining Wickens experience as well as Royal Mail Hotel Events, such as weddings and birthday celebrations.

Whether you are a Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, or seeking to begin your careers as an apprentice Chef, we’d love to hear from you.

Harvest produce daily. Expand your food knowledge and skills alongside our award winning team. Our kitchen is driven by the philosophy if we can’t grow it we don’t use it. Our menus evolve daily, dictated by our produce. Our chefs rotate between sections and kitchens, providing in depth experiences rarely gained in our industry. We’re looking for a passionate and motivated professional who wants to learn from the best.

About the area

Dunkeld and Surrounds

Dunkeld is a small regional town, located 3 hours west of Melbourne, at the southern end of Gariwerd (Grampians National Park) and nearby to Victoria’s south west coast.

Additionally, Dunkeld is also close to the townships of Hamilton (25 minutes), Port Fairy (1 hour), Halls Gap (45 minutes) and Ballarat (1 hour 40 minutes).
