Can I visit the hotel for a site inspection?

Yes. Our events manager can show you around the hotel and discuss your event or group in person by appointment. Please email events@royalmail.com.au to arrange a time.

Is exclusive use of the entire Royal Mail Hotel possible?

Yes, we can offer exclusive use options of either the entire Royal Mail Hotel including accommodation and both restaurants or of the Mount Sturgeon Homestead and nearby cottages. Enquire via email to events@royalmail.com.au

Do you have a list of preferred wedding suppliers?

Yes. We have a comprehensive list of locally based trusted wedding suppliers from photographers to florists. The list will be provided to you upon booking your wedding with the Royal Mail Hotel.

How far are the cottages and the homestead from the main hotel?

The Deluxe and standard cottages and the Mount Sturgeon Homestead are all located on the Mount Sturgeon property which is an approximately 5km drive from the main hotel site. Check-in is at the main Royal Mail Hotel reception at 98 Parker St, Dunkeld where you will be given your cottage key, map and driving instructions. Transfers are provided to and from the restaurants when dining with us and can be arranged on arrival.
