Parker St Project offers classic, seasonal fare in a relaxed dining room.

Open for Lunch Thursday to Saturday from 12.00

Open for Dinner Wednesday to Saturday from 5.30pm

Open for Lunch & Dinner: Sunday 9th March (Kings Birthday Long Weekend) | Sunday 20th April (Easter). 15% surcharge applies on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Private and group dining also available. For reservations of more than 10 people please email us. 

From April 1, 2025: When open on Sunday and Public Holiday evenings, we exclusively serve our Seasonal Sharing Menu, $110 per person. Children’s menu for U/12’s is available.
