Our award-winning wine cellar

Guests of the Royal Mail Hotel are invited to join our sommeliers on a comparative wine tasting held in our award-winning wine cellar, home to an impressive 30,000 bottles. The cellar has a range of local and international wines and is the largest private collection of Bordeaux and Burgundy in the Southern Hemisphere.

The Royal Mail Hotel’s sommeliers guide a comparative wine tasting set amongst the Royal Mail Hotel 30,000 bottle wine cellar.

Tours are available at 3.30 pm Wednesday to Saturday. Allow one hour – $25 per person.

All tours need to be pre-booked. External guests are welcome join this experience, however priority is given to hotel guests in the first instance. Private tours can be arranged on request.
