Can I arrive by helicopter?

Yes you can arrive by helicopter. Please email our team for details on our preferred helicopter transfer service and/or instructions to provide to your pilot.

How to I purchase a Gift Certificate?

Visit our online store to purchase a custom monetary gift certificate which will be sent digitally as a downloadable PDF to you and/or your chosen recipient. Monetary Gift Certificates are valid for three years from the date of purchase. Monetary Gift Certificates are redeemable on spend at the Royal Mail Hotel, Dunkeld towards accommodation, dining and beverage.

If you have not received your confirmation email within one hour, please check your junk/spam folder.

 

What time is check-in?

Check-in time is 3pm. On Wednesday’s we can often accommodate an early check-in subject to availability. If you plan on arriving earlier please let our team know and we will do our best to get your room ready as priority however this is not guaranteed.

What time is check-out?

Check out time is 11 am. Late check-out is available on request at the rate of $20 per hour.

What is the Chef’s Table experience at Wickens?

The Chefs Table offers a unique, behind the scenes dining experience ideal for a special occasion, celebration or those looking for a front-row seat to witness the kitchen’s precision.

The booth-style table is situated in the kitchen and seats between two to four guests. The menu includes the 5-course chef menu, plus additional exclusive items only available to the chef’s table will be served on the night.

The chef’s table menu is $360 per person for 2023.

Availability for the chef’s table is extremely limited so book quickly to avoid disappointment.
