Food

Casual dining, convivial ambience

Clinking glasses, friendly chatter and bursts of laughter fill the restaurant and adjoining wine bar. Warm and welcoming, at Parker St Project, we serve modern classics with refined technique, letting garden-grown and locally-sourced produce do the talking.

Think of it as your not-so-local.

Stop by for a snack, stay for a leisurely lunch, or unwind with a wine in hand: Parker St Project is a space for all reasons and seasons.

In summer, enjoy sunlit lunches and mild evenings under the stars. In the cooler months, nestle into the warmth indoors, or settle around the fireplace.

For special occasions, the private dining room hosts up to 20 guests, and is perfect for all occasions. Get in touch with our team about your group booking at relax@royalmail.com.au
