We are currently seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join our award-winning Wickens at the Royal Mail restaurant – a two-hatted fine dining venue celebrated for its innovative cuisine, exceptional wine cellar, and connection to the land.

About the Role

As a Fine Dining Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering personalised, high-end service to our guests.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Mastering the menu and daily specials, including ingredients and preparation techniques.
• Offering expert wine pairings and recommendations.
• Managing food and beverage orders with precision and professionalism.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving issues promptly.
• Upholding safety and service standards in line with restaurant procedures.

About You

We’re looking for individuals who are:

• Passionate about food, wine, and local produce.
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Detail-oriented and professional in presentation and communication.
• Available to work evenings, Wednesday to Saturday.
• Hold a current RSA or are willing to obtain one.
• Whether you’re an experienced hospitality professional or looking to grow your career in fine dining, we welcome your application.
