Parker St Project offers classic, seasonal fare in a relaxed dining room.

Open for Lunch Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 12.00

Open for Dinner Wednesday to Saturday from 5.30pm

Additional opening dates 2026: Sunday 25th January, Sunday 8th March, Sunday 4th April, 2026 – open for dinner.

An a la carte menu is available for reservations of 7 guests or fewer. Reservations of 8 or more adults, will be offered a Seasonal Sharing set menu.

15% surcharge applies on Sundays and Public Holidays.

When open on Public Holiday evenings, we exclusively serve adults our Seasonal Sharing set menu, $120 per person.

Children’s menu for U/12’s is available

A Bar Snack menu is available to enjoy while seated in the bar or courtyard from 2.30pm – 9.00pm Wednesday and Thursday, and 12.00 – 9.00pm Friday and Saturday.

Group dining in the Parker St Project restaurant for special celebrations or corporate events is available. We also have a private dining room for up to 20 seated guests. For enquiries, please email us.
