This March will see us bring the two-hatted Wickens at the Royal Mail Hotel to the city. Experience chef Robin Wickens’ precision and prowess for three days only, hosted by esteemed chef Ian Curley – a longtime contemporary of Robin’s – at Brighton’s beloved Baix, as part of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, 2026.
We’ll be harvesting peak-season produce from our sprawling kitchen garden for a four-course affair celebrating everything that’s growing and great in Dunkeld. The meal will be paired with sought-after wines and rare varietals from our award-winning collection, typically enjoyed only by guests visiting us in the Grampians.
