Royal Mail Day Pass

Thursdays & Fridays – $120 per person, Saturdays – $315 person

Spend the day with us! Starting at 10am, you are invited to join a chef led tour of the Royal Mail Kitchen Garden. For around 1 hour, you will be shown through the extensive garden, hear about its history, challenges and how the chefs and gardeners work together. Spend some time exploring Dunkeld’s main street, visiting the providore, gallery or local walks before joining us for a 2 course lunch in Parker Street Project (on Thursdays & Fridays) OR a 2 hatted degustation lunch in Wickens (on Saturdays). After lunch, more free time to check out the Arboretum, before meeting your sommelier guide in the Wine Bar at 3.30pm. Over the next hour, you’ll be taken into the internationally acclaimed cellar and be guided through a wine tasting amongst thousands of bottles of wine from hundreds of international and local producers.

Need to know:

There is minimal shade and walking is required in the garden, we recommend bringing a hat, sunscreen & water.

Tours are at set times. Kitchen Garden Tour starts at 10am/Taste and Tour is Cellar starts at 3.30pm.

Kitchen Garden Tour begins at the garden,  97 Fairburn Street. Follow signs and park in designated area.

Taste and Tour begins in the Wine Bar at Royal Mail Hotel. On street car parking available on Parker Street or Dunlop Street.

Beverages with lunch are not included.

Bookings are essential. Cancellation policies apply to dining.
