  • Five-course degustation experience at Wickens at Royal Mail Hotel on New Year’s Eve for two adults
  • Join our chef-led tour of the famous Royal Mail Kitchen Garden at 10am
  • Join our Wine Tutorial led by one of our sommeliers in our wine cellar at 3.30pm
  • Demi-bottle of Champagne waiting in your room on arrival

Terms & Conditions

Please advise dietary requirements at the time of booking. Reservations are essential, full pre-payment is taken at the time of booking. Cancellations received with less than 7 days notice are non-refundable. Availability is limited, so we recommend you book without delay!

External guests

Reservations are now open for external guests via booking link above for tables of between four to six diners. Should your party be smaller than four people, please complete the waitlist form, and a member of our team will be in touch with you if a table becomes available.

Larger groups

Parties larger than six may enquire to book our private dining room, which seats up to 14 people. Please email relax@royalmail.com.au to enquire.

Royal Mail Hotel Guests

Guests staying at the Royal Mail Hotel receive priority access to reserve a table and can book tables of less than four people at their preferred time.
