MOUNT STURGEON HOMESTEAD

Set on 70 acres of manicured lawns and gardens, the beautifully restored homestead is breathtaking.

From the wide timber veranda, framed by wrought iron lacework, guests can enjoy the panoramic views of the Grampians National Park and lawns, which lead down to the Wannon River.

Mount Sturgeon Homestead is adorned with period furnishings, fine colonial artwork and open fires. The refined grace and style of the 1800s sandstone and bluestone homestead, once country home to the Armytage family of Como House, Melbourne, provides a warm welcome.

This exclusive residence provides accommodation for up to 12 guests in six bedrooms (5 x doubles, 1 x small twin room).

Equipped with a formal dining and sitting room, large kitchen with further dining space, television room, four bathrooms and an impressive flagstone carriage way, the Homestead is a welcoming space.

Chefs and waiting staff from the Royal Mail Hotel can be booked to provide the ultimate private dining experience, cocktail function or catering for a corporate retreat.

A breakfast basket full of self catering provisions is provided for guests.
